Teaching, masterclasses, workshops
Teaching is at the heart of Amy’s work. She was professor of bassoon at the Royal Academy of Music, London from 2013-2024. Since 2024 Amy has been professor of bassoon at the Robert Schumann Hoschule, Düsseldorf. She gives masterclasses internationally.

The International Aeolus Competition for Wind Instruments
10–15 September 2024
The International Aeolus Competition for Wind Instrumentstakes place once a year in Düsseldorf since 2006. Each year three of the Instrument groups are opened for competition: 2024 the competition calls for Bassoon, Flute and Clarinet.
